Setting Up Notifications via External Connection on ZIGNAL

This guide walks you through setting up external notification integration via the ZIGNAL CMS platform.

🛠 Setup Steps

1. Log in to ZIGNAL CMS or the application and select your business.
2. Navigate to the Home page and click the "+ Add Notification" button.

3. Select "External Connection" to create an external connection.

4. Enter the Application name and upload the Application image.

this image will display on the notification detail as below,

5. The system will generate an System ID and System Secret, which are required for Create Authentication Token on next step.

6. After you have successfully created the connection, you can click the Edit button to view the System ID and System Secret at any time.
